all services related to this website (collectively, the “Site”)
is provided by Mormonchic. (“MC,” “us,” “our,”
or “we”). The terms and conditions set forth in this
terms of use notice (“Terms of Use”) shall govern and
apply to your visit to and use of the Site. By using the Site,
you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree
to these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, please do not use
this Site .
General
We reserve the right to change or discontinue any content or feature
of the Site, or impose, change, or modify the terms and conditions
of these Terms of Use. Depending on the nature of the change,
we will either announce the change (1) on the home page of the
Site or (2) take such other action as we deem appropriate under
the circumstances. By continuing to use the Site following an
announcement of any change, you will be deemed to have agreed

Message Board Rules for Registration, Submissions
and Messages
Registration.
To be able to participate on the Mormonchic Message Boards aka
Mormonchic Forum ("Message Boards"), you will need to
register. As part of the registration process, you will select
a username and password. You agree that the information you supply
during that registration process will be accurate and complete
and that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt
to enter the Site under the name of, another person. You will
be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your password
and for all actions of persons accessing our site through any
password assigned to you. You will notify
us of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account.
Submissions and Messages.
Responsibility for what is posted on the Message Boards on the
Site lies with each user--you alone are responsible for the content
of your messages, and the consequences of any such messages. You
agree not to use the Site to send or submit materials:
1. that are false, inaccurate or misleading;
2. that infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark,
trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity
or privacy;
3. that violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including
without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection,
unfair competition, anti-discrimination and false advertising);
4. that are libelous, threatening or harassing;
5. that defame the Site, the Godhead, the Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter-day Saints (its members, leaders, etc., and their teachings),
the scriptures (Book of Mormon, Doctrine & Covenants, Pearl
of Great Price or Bible, or the authors or characters therein),
or anything having to do with Mormonism at all;
6. That advocate breaking commandments or laws of the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
7. that are obscene or contain any kind of pornography;
8. that contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs,
cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended
to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept
or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
9. that might create liability for us or might cause us to lose
(in whole or in part) the services of our Internet service providers
or other suppliers;
10. that interfere with the ability of others to enjoy our site;
11. that impersonate any other person or entity, whether actual
or fictitious, including impersonating a staffer or other member
of Mormonchic.com;
11. that link to or include descriptions of goods or services
that: (i) are prohibited under this Agreement; or (ii) you do
not have a right to link to or include;
13. That contain any content that you do not have the right to
make available under any law or any contractual or fiduciary relationship
(such as inside information and confidential information learned
under a nondisclosure agreement); or
14. That instigates or encourages others to commit illegal activities
or cause injury or property damage to any person.
That said, the Site is most often a passive conduit
for the information users submit. We cannot and do not review
every submission a user may make. We neither endorse nor guarantee
the accuracy or propriety of any submission. We do, however, reserve
the right, but do not assume the obligation, to restrict or prohibit
your use of our Message Boards if we believe you are violating
any of the terms of this Privacy Statement for Mormonchic.com
Public Forum and to remove, edit, or relocate any submission as
we see fit, whether for legal or other reasons.
We want users to feel free to share their email
addresses in public posting areas. Accordingly, you may not use

about visitors to the Site?
