DESIGN ONE
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 8 ½ x11 red card stock
- Aluminum foil
- Glitter
- Heart shaped cookie cutter

STEP-BY-STEP:
Cut the card stock in half width wise- giving you two pieces 4.25 x 5.5. Fold one of those pieces in half forming the card. Cut a piece of aluminum foil approximately 4x5 and crinkle it- then smooth it out. Glue the foil shiny side up to the center front of your card. Use the left over strip of red card stock to cut out a heart shape using your cookie cutter. Glue the heart in the center of the foil. Use your glitter to make a design of your choice on the heart or border of the card.

DESIGN TWO
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 8 ½ x11 pink card stock
- 10 inches of coordinating ribbon
- scraps of two other complimentary card stocks
- 1 spool of thread
STEP-BY-STEP:
Cut the card stock in half width wise- giving you two pieces 4.25 x 5.5. Fold one of those pieces in half forming the card. Use the spool of thread to trace out 4 circles from the card stock scraps. Glue the circles to the base of the front of your card. Use a pen to write the letters “L-O-V-E” onto the circles. Thread the ribbon through the top of the card, tying a knot or bow on the outside center.

DESIGN THREE
WHAT YOU NEED:
-
6 inch piece of Scrapbooking decorative wire
- 3 - 2" x 2" white card stock squares
- 3 - 1.5" x 1.5" pink squares
- 3 heart shaped brads
- 8 ½ x11 pink card stock

STEP-BY-STEP:
Cut the card stock in half width wise- giving you two pieces 4.25 x 5.5. Fold one of those pieces in half forming the card. Twist and curl your wire as desired, then lay it on the center of the card- you will be gluing over it. Glue the white square in the center of the card. Place heart brad through the pink squares, then glue the pink squares over the white squares. Use a pen and your best handwriting to write “Happy Valentines Day” at the base of the card.

DESIGN FOUR

WHAT YOU NEED:
- 8 ½ x11 white card stock
- hole punch
- 10 inches of red ribbon
- 3 graduated red heart stickers

STEP-BY-STEP:
Cut the card stock in half length wise- giving you two pieces 5.5x 4.25. Fold one of those pieces in half forming the card. Use the hole punch to punch 8 holes at the base of the card.Thread your red ribbon through the holes- gluing the ends down on the inside of the card. Punch 2 holes at the topcenter of your card,

thread your remaining ribbon through the two holes and then tie the ends in a bow. Place the graduated stickers in a diagonal line down your card- largest to smallest.

DESIGN FIVE

WHAT YOU NEED:
-12 x 12 embossed red card stock
- 8 ½ x11 white card stock
- 2 red heart stickers
- scalloped scissors

STEP-BY-STEP:
Cut the red card stock into a 5x10inch strip. Fold almost in half- leave a 2 inch overhang, fold the overhang over then end of your card- making an envelope. Cut a piece of white card stock to fit in the center of your card and glue it down. Place the sticker on in the bottom corner of your white square. Use a marker to emblish the white with the phrase of your choice- we chose “ I love you”.

Once you write the message on your card, you can seal it with the other heart sticker. This Valentine can actually be mailed. Simply use a white mailing label to write the address on the front and then it can be sent.
