This Week's Project:
Holly Berry Wreaths!

Perfect Project for Christmas!
Tis the week before Christmas and all through the house...there's no wreath on the door?  Here's a wreath that is different and fun and I know you will love it.

Here's what you'll need:

-14 inch hay wreath
-artifical holly berries in small and large sizes
-small apple ornaments
-leaves or sprigs
-5 inches of ribbon
-glue gun and glue sticks

1. Take a cluster of the smaller holly berries and separate out a small grouping.
2. Place the wire from the berries into the hay wreath.

(Note, it is easier to stick the smaller berries in as a small grouping, rather than individually.  The opposite is true with the larger berries.)
3. When you stick the wire berries into the wreath, you will have to bend them slightly to arrange them in the correct manner.  If you are having trouble, you can even use a glue gun to make the berries cooperate.
4. Mix both small and large berries to cover the wreath. You will have to overlap the berries for complete coverage. Work up the side of the wreath, being careful to cover just enough of the inside and outside of the circle.
5. Continue around the wreath.  My first intention was to do the entire wreath this way, but I ran out of berries.  I added some leaves instead, and I think it turned out fine.
6. To finish off the leaves, I added some apples and more berries.

7.  Add a ribbon to the back for a hook.

8. You're almost done. Look at the mess I made.  Don't tell my husband!
9. Here's the finished product.  How'd you do?
